How the System Works

The Line Service Development Series is distributed to Airport Managers and Fixed Based Operators for a one-time activation fee and a small monthly subscription fee. The subscription fee provides a license to the FBO for limited use of the course media, the automated testing and tracking system and the online administration system. Licenses are for a single location but allows for unlimited employees. Companies with multiple locations will require individual site licenses at a discounted rate.

The low monthly subscription fee varies depending on the course topic and number of courses an FBO subscribes to. Additional discounts may be available through partnered organizations.

The cost to subscribe can be as little as $8 per month, per employee based on an FBO with 6 Line Servicemen--or about 27 cents per day! Need more? Don’t forget that training costs are tax deductible and your company might even be eligible for state-funded grants for employee training.

Navigating through any given course is no more complicated than using an Automated Teller Machine (ATM). The online test and tracking system is designed to measure how well the student understood the materials and identify areas of focus for improvement. The online Administration utility allows the FBO Manager 24/7 real-time access to key measurables such as who has been trained, in what course, when and how well your personnel understood the content.

Evolvn has employed key CFR Part139 requirements and the 2007 version of the NFPA 407 Standard as the benchmark for the training materials. While some of the requirements are not mandatory for some smaller FBOs, the program still provides a solid and valuable foundation for improving safety, efficiency and insurability.
